Enrollment Agreement & Terms
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms of your selected course. All prices and plans are binding once the first payment is made.
01. Program Enrollment
Enrollment is considered confirmed once your initial payment is submitted. Course access is granted immediately upon receipt of this payment.
02. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, your remaining balance will be charged in monthly installments as outlined in your selected plan. Payment plans may include a 0% or 5% fee depending on the length of the plan and the promotion offered.
03. Automatic Billing
By enrolling with a payment plan, you authorize ABACT to automatically charge your selected payment method on file based on the plan terms. You are responsible for ensuring a valid payment method remains active during the plan period.
04. Missed Payments & Suspension
If a scheduled payment fails or is missed, course access will be suspended within 24 hours. To restore access, the outstanding balance plus a $100 Reactivation Fee must be paid in full.
05. Certification Release
Certificates, diplomas, or any completion documents will only be issued once the full course tuition is paid. No exceptions will be made for partially paid plans or incomplete payment arrangements.
06. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital course content and access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be issued for any reason once the initial payment is processed.
07. Legal & Practice Responsibility
ABACT does not issue medical or esthetic licenses. It is the student’s sole responsibility to confirm they are legally allowed to perform procedures taught in the program based on their professional license and jurisdiction.
08. Enrollment & Financial Agreement Confirmation
I acknowledge and agree to the ABACT Financing & Enrollment Terms, including my obligation to pay the total course tuition regardless of my program pace, the authorization for automatic recurring billing, the $100.00 Reactivation Fee for missed payments, the withholding of certification until the balance is paid in full, and the ‘All Sales Final’ no-refund policy.
