Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 6, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between AMERICAN BOARD OF AESTHETIC ELLA ANTIPTCHOUK (DBA) American Board of Aesthetic Certification & Training (ABACT), a business operating under the laws of the United States (“Company”), and the individual or entity purchasing or using the Company’s services (“Client”).

These Terms apply to all courses, training programs, certifications, diplomas, subscriptions, and engagements provided by Company to Client, whether outlined in a proposal, quotation, invoice, enrollment form, or similar document (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms replace any prior discussions or agreements unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Client engages Company to deliver professional aesthetic education and training services, which may include online or in-person courses, certification programs, diploma programs, continuing education, skin therapy training, and related offerings. Company agrees to perform such Services in accordance with these Terms and the applicable enrollment or service documentation.

The exact nature, deliverables, course content, timelines, and limitations of the Services will be defined in a written enrollment confirmation, course outline, proposal, invoice, or order (collectively, the “Service Scope”). The Service Scope is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement.

By enrolling in or purchasing Services, you agree to receive communications related to your enrollment, services, and transactions. These may include, but are not limited to, confirmations, reminders, updates, support messages, and other service-related notifications delivered via channels such as SMS, messaging applications, email, or phone. Where required, such communications will be sent based on your prior consent, and you may opt out at any time by following the instructions provided in the message or by contacting us directly.

Any work, instruction, content, or communication not clearly included in the Service Scope is excluded and may require additional approval and fees. The Company is not responsible for delivering or supporting items outside the agreed Service Scope.

The Service Scope shall be considered the sole and definitive reference for determining the Company’s obligations.

Any work, instruction, or content not clearly included in the Service Scope is excluded and may require additional approval and fees. The Service Scope shall be considered the sole reference for determining Company’s obligations.

All pricing, payment schedules, and billing terms are outlined in the applicable invoice, enrollment form, or proposal. Client agrees to remit all fees according to those terms.

Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable immediately upon issuance. Ongoing or subscription-based charges may be processed automatically using Client’s approved payment method. Company reserves the right to pause or revoke access to courses or Services for late or missed payments.

Additional services, materials, or requests outside the agreed Service Scope may be billed separately at Company’s prevailing rates.

Course content, curriculum, schedules, and program structures are subject to periodic updates and improvements at Company’s discretion. Clients will be notified of material changes that affect their active enrollment.

Requests that require substantial customization beyond the enrolled program may be treated as a separate engagement and billed accordingly.

Company may offer continuing or supplemental services after completion of the initial program, including but not limited to advanced training, mentorship, refresher courses, certification renewals, or advisory support (“Ongoing Services”).

Where recurring services are identified, Client authorizes Company to begin recurring billing once those services are activated. All Ongoing Services are billed separately unless explicitly included in writing.

Upon receipt of full payment, Client will receive access to the enrolled course materials and upon successful completion, any applicable certification or diploma issued by ABACT. Company retains full ownership of all course content, training materials, curriculum, videos, templates, assessments, and intellectual property (“Company Assets”).

Client may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share course materials with any third party. Access to digital course platforms does not transfer ownership of any Company Assets.

Transfer or migration of enrollment requests may be accommodated at Company’s discretion and may involve additional fees.

Client agrees to provide accurate enrollment information, timely payments, and active participation as required to complete the Services. Delays or non-participation caused by Client does not entitle Client to refunds or extensions unless expressly agreed in writing.

If Client fails to engage with course materials or respond within the timeframe specified in the Service Scope, work or progress may be considered abandoned. Client remains responsible for all payments under these Terms.

Client confirms that any content, data, or materials submitted to Company are owned by Client or properly licensed. Client agrees to defend and indemnify Company against any claims arising from Client-provided materials.
