Forehead Filler
Injection Technique
Watch this exclusive live recorded demonstration covering expert injection techniques for the temple, forehead, and glabella area.
Forehead contouring with dermal fillers is an advanced procedure. While effective for correcting concavities, bossing, and static rhytids, the forehead is widely considered a high-risk zone due to its complex vascular network.
Clinical Note: This guide is intended for licensed medical professionals. The forehead contains terminal branches of the ophthalmic artery; vascular occlusion here carries a risk of blindness.

Safety Protocols
Visual Monitoring
Constantly observe the skin for blanching or livedo reticularis, which indicate vascular compromise. Stop immediately if seen.
Hyaluronidase
Always have a crash kit with high-dose hyaluronidase available. The forehead has low collateral circulation, requiring rapid reversal.
